Nothing beats the disappointment of finding out that you have under-budgeted because you didn’t ask… Is that included or is that extra? An example of under budgeting is musicians waiting time, if things start out later than planned and run over longer than expected will you be charge extra. Don’t wait for the surprise, find out before hand!

  7. Get Technical – Be clear have the spec to hand
Do you need to make arrangements with your venue for additional equipment to be hired? Some bands carry a full PA system whilst others don’t. Try not to sacrifice on quality when selecting the amount you want to spend.

  9. Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want & get what you want
Requests can range from the weird to the wonderful but your request may not be as complicated or as odd as you think it is. The rule of thumb is “If you cannot see what you want… then ask for it”. Not every request will result in you needing a bespoke arrangement. However it is true to say, that going for a bespoke service with Pure Social you definitely will get everything you imagined.

  10. Plan the details
Decide how you want the music to be arranged, if you have any plans or details of the venue make sure that your consultant receives them in good time to give to your Entertainer/s.
